NEW JOI District
It's Official ! JOI Clubs in midwestern Ontario Optimist District took the final official steps on September 18, 2021. A NEW JOI District is now part of Midwestern Ontario District 46. The first Official JOI District Quarterly Meeting took place on November 9th, 2021 with JOI District Governor, Shelby Wall presiding.
