Recognition for Baden Optimists and Wilmot Optimists
Member of Provincial Parliament Mike Harris took a few moments to recognize the Optimist Club’s of Baden and Wilmot in his address to parliament for their efforts to support our local food bank with a recent food drive they conducted. Great work on behalf of the Wilmot Family Resource Centre's food bank drive!

The Candidate Qualifications Committee of Optimist International endorses President-Elect from Midwestern Ontario District
"After considering a large number of eligible Optimists and then interviewing four well-qualified and dedicated Optimists for the position of International President-Elect, the Candidate Qualifications Committee endorses Bob McFadyen of the Optimist Club of Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. McFadyen... " the committee further endorses our District 46 member, stating that Bob brings "...40 years of experience working in a large financial institution and leading a team of more than 300 employees in four cities."
If elected, McFadyen will become Optimist International President on October 1, 2022. Share Post on Social Media Congratulations!
